Meet The Person Behind TopTactic
Ken Goldberg – Managing Director
Ken has almost 30 years of international sales, marketing, sales management and executive leadership experience. Ken specialises in identifying market needs and risks as well as analysing competitive trends and industry dynamics. This includes identifying new markets, uses and innovative ways to scale business, strategy creation, implementation and systemisation of business processes. Ken’s international expertise is coupled with strong mentoring and leadership qualities.
Ken served as both Regional Vice President and GM in Asia-Pacific for IntraLinks, Inc., a leading US-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider who pioneered on-line business-information sharing and collaboration within the corporate, financial services and life-sciences communities. Ken established IntraLinks’ business that exists in the Asia-Pacific region and served as a nominee director with the inception of the Australian entity. Following this, Ken served in an interim role as Director, Global Sales for MYP Corporation, a privately held SaaS start-up developing an on-line suite mainly for the professional services industry.
Prior to his work with IntraLinks, Ken built a successful business as the sole Australian agency for Meridian Data’s high-end optical storage and network-attached storage devices. Ken also built a successful business representing various telecommunications and software development firms including AT&T Easylink Services, Freight Systems Australia and Dialog Information Technology. Ken’s experience working with early-stage, venture-backed and publicly-listed companies has contributed to his detailed knowledge of the issues affecting companies operating domestically and overseas. This includes currency and exchange rates, foreign laws, tax systems, insurance, accreditations, language variances and other governance, risk and compliance factors.
Ken began his career in a corporate product marketing role with Kierulff Electronics, which was one of the world’s largest computer systems distributors, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management from California State University, Fullerton. Ken is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an accredited Associate Director of AMPLIFi Governance. Ken has a keen understanding of the challenges facing today’s entrepreneurs and business leaders. He focuses on core issues, will implement winning strategies and achieve repeatable outstanding results.
